  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 1/4 cup dates pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp pecans
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
