  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 can of crescent rolls (8 roll size)
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage (i use mild)
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (i use mild)

Casserole Directions: Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the crescent rolls and arrange them so they cover the bottom of the pan. Brown Sausage in a skillet and drain well. (I always do this the evening prior so I can just assemble and go in the morning) Sprinkle the sausage over the dough.
