  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 9 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 112 ounces whole tomatoes crushed with juice (4- 28 oz cans)_
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

I usually double this Heat big stock pot and add garlic, onions, and oil. Cook until onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients except butter and salt and pepper. Simmer for four hours.
