  • 1 c almond flour (barney brand)
  • 1 t oil (i used corn)
  • 1 t purã©e (i used pumpkin for color)

*** You can play around with the water/oil/purée. I needed to sneak in some pumpkin and fat. But it would prob work with just 3T water if you don't have safe oil. *** Mix into a dough and roll it out thin between two parchment pieces. Take top parchment off and move it to a cookie sheet. Use a cookie cutter or pizza cutter to cut into cracker shapes. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. They are amazingly delicious! Buttery and flakey!
