Mix all the ingredients except the bread bowl in a large mixing bowl. Using electric mixer, beat until blended. Transfer to a Tupperware container, cover, and chill dip for at least one hour, and up to three days. The dip is best when it has had time to sit. When ready to serve, cut a hole in the top of the bread round as if you were making a bowl. Save the pieces of the bread from the part cut out as dipping items. Break these into small pieces and place them in a bowl for guests. Next, spoon the blue cheese dip into the bread bowl. The bread bowl provides a great opportunity for dipping when you have run out of crackers, and pieces of the bread previously cut out. I have never seen this dip last. Enjoy!
