  • i couldn't quite find a fruit smoothie that was pe but i prefer blueberries. i choose skim milk over orange juice because i don't like the taste of the juice in the smoothie. your mileage may vary.
  • 1/2 cup yoplait fat free very vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener (i prefer splenda or for a different flavor, try the splenda french vanilla coffee blends)
