  • 4 new york strip steaks
  • 1 tbls parsley

Rub olive oil over steaks on both sides. Add salt, pepper and thyme to flour. Dredge steaks in flour mixture. Sear in hot pan in olive oil for 5 minutes on both sides. Place in oven for 10 minutes till desired doneness. Place back on stove top and add butter, cook till melted. Cover with foil and let rest 5 to 7 minutes.
