  • 2 chicken breasts cooked chopped
  • 1 can niblets corn

Saute the onion and celery in a Tablespoon or two of Butter, add some water to keep from sticking . Add cilantro, peppers, chicken, chicken broth, and garlic. Simmer about 10-15 minutes. Serve in bowls with the tortilla chips already in them. Top with a little grated cheese on top of each bowl of soup.
