  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2/3 cup mashed banana

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk, butter, bananas and vanilla. Stir until well blended and smooth. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon about quarter cup batter for each pancake on preheated greased griddle. Turn only once. Makes 8 pancakes.
