Grease a 9 x 13 pan Line with bread cubes Brown sausage in a skillet with the onion and green pepper, drain Stir in pimientos Sprinkle over bread In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and oregano Pour over sausage/bread mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight Remove from refrigerator 30 mins before baking Bake covered at 325 for one hour and 20 mins Uncover and bake 10 mins longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean Let stand 10 mins before serving
