  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 2 tbls pepper
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 28 oz cans whole tomatoes, crushed
  • 3 28 oz cans tomatoes purã©e, or sauce
  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 white onion, diced
