  • 2 tablespoons tabasco
  • 2 cans tomoato strips
  • 4 cans clam juice
  • 4 pounds clams chopped
  • 1/4 cup thyme chopped

Bring to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add clams and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add chopped thyme. Adjust salt and pepper.
