Spice up your regular chicken with this exotic spicy tandoori braai marinade: Ingredients: 8 chicken portions Marinade: 250 ml plain yogurt 3 ml Robertsons Ginger 5 ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper 5 ml Robertsons Paprika 10 ml Robertsons Garlic Flakes soaked in water for 20 minutes and drained Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Robertsons coarse Black Pepper to taste 15 ml Tomato paste Juice and rind of half a lime Dhania and Limes to serve Method: Mix together marinade ingredients. Score the chicken with deep cuts through the skin and into the flesh. Marinade for 2 hours or longer. Braai over medium coals turning regularly until cooked through. Serve topped with fresh Dhania and a squeeze of lime juice.
