  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 pack gelatin

Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in 1/2 cups hot water. Add 2 cups heavy whipping cream. Warm, but do not boil. Dissove 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Chill until congealed.
