  • 2 ts baking powder
  • 1 ts vanilla
  • 1/2 ts cinnamon
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c applesauce
  • 1 c milk (i use skim)
  • 3 c oats
  • 2 eggs (i use egg substitute)
  • 1/2 c raisins (up to 1)

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl; mix wet ingredients in another. 3. Stir wet and dry ingredients together and add raisins. 4. Spread in a 9x9 pan sprayed with nonstick spray. 5. Bake 25-30 minutes. Calories per serving 200 fat 2 grams. Using unsweetened applesauce, egg substitute, skim milk and 1/2c raisins.
