Family favorite for dinner tonight: Shake and Bake bone in chicken thighs, which I pulled out of the chest freezer this morning. I am using a boxed breading mix, as I had a large value cpn, otherwise, I just use the Tightwad Gazette version. Here's the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 cups crackermeal or any ground up crackers
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp paprika
