  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb. jimmy dean spicy (hot) sausage regular will work just fine too.
  • 6 slices of white bread i use a country italian loaf and weigh it to match the equivalence of 6 white slices, 6 oz. total.
  • 2 cups whole or 2% milk

Brown and drain sausage, no seasoning necessary.Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.Add the sausage.Stir a bit.Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.Cover with plastic wrap.Refrigerate 12 hours.Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.Enjoy!
