I have been making this recipe on the stove for years. Now that I found out how to cook in a pressure cooker, I love it even more! I like to serve it with cornbread or bread & butter on the side.

With the pressure cooker on, press the Meat/Chicken button. Brown the ground beef until done; drain the grease. Add the remaining ingredients to the beef and mix well. Place the cover on the cooker and make sure the valve is set to pressurize. Press the Rice/Risotto button for a time of 6 minutes on high heat. When the timer goes off, carefully release the pressure. Remove cover and stir ingredients. Serve hot with cornbread or bread & butter.
