8 ounces (1 cup) horizon organic cottage chee
â½ cup horizon organic sour cream
3 tablespoons horizon organic butter melted
1 â½ lbs. lean ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
â½ green bell pepper diced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes drained
â¾ cup condensed tomato soup (not diluted)
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup horizon organic shredded cheddar cheese
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.</p> <p>Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.</p> <p>Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and melted butter. Set aside.</p> <p>In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Return beef to the skillet and add onion, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.</p> <p>Place ½ of the cooked pasta in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with ½ of the cream cheese mixture and ½ of the meat mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.</p> <p>Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through.</p>
