This vegan slow cooker navy bean soup maintains the traditional smokey flavor that makes Navy Bean Soup so popular! Round out the meal with some crusty bread. I don't soak my beans and this recipe always turns out great!

  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 lb navy beans rinsed and sorted
  • 1 tbsp dried italian seasonings
  • 2 tbsp liquid smoke
