  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 lb cooked mashed sweet potato (3 cups when mashed)
  • 2 large eggs (free range eggs)
  • 0.5 cup grassfed butter
  • 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 large bananas peeled and chopped

In large bowl, combine sweet potatoes with eggs, brown sugar, butter, nutmeg, lime juice until thoroughly mixed. Fold in diced bananas. Add olive oil to a baking dish and add sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
