1. Combine flour and gluten in large mixing bowl. 2. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Let stand until foam doubles in volume. 3. Add oil and sweetener to yeast mixture and stir to mix. 4. Mix dough until it forms a moist ball. Let stand 10 minutes, then knead for 10 minutes. 5. Roll dough into cylinder and seal seams. 6. Place in 4.5 x 8.5 loaf pan and let rise for 30-60 minutes in warm oven. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
