This recipe is a rendition of a blend that was made by a company that I used to work for. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. This is my best attempt to match what they were making.

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice powder

Blend together and use as spice rub for southwestern dishes or put in a shaker and shake over your choice of meat. The only spice that was difficult to find was lime juice powder. Look for True Lime Powder that is now available online and occasionally in some markets.
