Directions: 1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. 2. Make well in center and pour in milk and eggs; mix until smooth. 3. Set PIC to 250°F. 4. Heat oil in 10.5-inch PerfectGreen Fry Pan and pour slightly less than ¾ cup batter into pan. 5. Cook pancake for 3½-4 minutes per side. 6. Serve warm with maple syrup.
