  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 cup carrot julienned
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • pound ground beef
  • 2 14.5-oz cans tomato
  • 1 15-oz cans red kidney beans
  • 1 15-oz cans great northern beans
  • 1 12-oz cans v8 juice
  • 1 tbs white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/2 pound ditali pasta
