  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped )
  • 14.5 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. steak sauce ((i used a-1))
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 8-10 hamburger buns (split (or use specialty hoa onion rolls or ciabatta buns))
