Cook your quinoa according to the package instructions.If your brussels sprouts are pre shredded perfect! If not trim the ends and thinly slice.Place shredded brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, slivered almonds and cooked quinoa in a large bowl. Set aside.To make dressing, blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth & creamy. You can add more water if you like depending on the consistency you are looking for.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
