  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup course salt
  • 2 large oranges quartered
  • 2 large lemons quartered
  • 3 teaspoons dried thyme (or 6 sprigs fresh)
  • 3 teaspoons dried rosemary (or 4 sprigs fresh)
