  • 2 cups milk (i used lite coconut milk but any kind of milk would work)
  • 4 1/2 t chia seeds
  • zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 t honey (or agave or maple syrup if vegan)
