Zoot's Pressure Cooker Meatball Stew

Zoot's Pressure Cooker Meatball Stew
Zoot's Pressure Cooker Meatball Stew
This recipe is designed for use with a Power Pressure Cooker. I use the 10-qt because I cook for a large family and often have young guests, when my sons' friends visit. Tastes even better, later, after the tomato soup expands!
