I was trying to create a soufle, but it turned more into an omlette! My first recipe posted =)

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tbsp butter for pan. (can be substituted for whatever you use)

Firstly, dice the strawberries and add the powdered sugar. Mix and put aside. Separate the yolk and egg white and place the yolks in a separate bowl. With the egg whites, mix in an electric mixer until egg whites are fluffy. In another bowl add together the granulated sugar, egg yolks, warm water and salt. Whisk or mix together. Then add in the egg whites. Put on the stove in a basic pan and cook until the eggs are no longer runny.
