  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/3 upcottage cheese (i used 0%)
  • 2 tbsps shredded coconut
  • optional for garnish: toasted coconut flakes almonds, cacao nibs
