  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/2 banana, in slices
  • 1 1 /2 cup milk of your choice i use almond milk or rice milk
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp yogurt soy - coconut,- or greek yogurt
  • raisins optional you can use chopped dates
