  • 6 oz. mushrooms (i used button mushrooms) halved, quartered, or sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/2 c. marsala cooking wine
  • 1 package (16 oz.) potato gnocchi

Melt butter and olive oil in a large covered skillet over medium heat (leave uncovered at this point).Add mushrooms, sliced green onions, marjoram, salt & pepper.Saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add chicken broth, marsala cooking wine, and gnocchi.Increase heat to high; cover and cook 3 minutes on high.Remove lid and serve immediately.
