Mix eggs, whole milk, kosher salt and Aleppo together in a large bowl. Set aside. Cut the bagels into 1" cubes. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes. Thinly slice 4 scallions grease a casserole dish with butter. Spread half of the cubed bagels evenly on the bottom dish. Place half of the cream cheese on top of the bagels. Sprinkle half of the scallions and half of the bacon on top of the bagels and cream cheese. Repeat with the remaining bagels, cream cheese, scallions and bacon. Pour the egg mixture over, soaking the entire casserole. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. When ready to bake, heat the oven to 350" and bake for about an hour or until the top is golden and the egg has set. I think it needs more eggs... will try 10 next time.
