Melt the chocolate over a double boilerMix in the Amarula and set asidePreheat the oven to 180° CelsiusPrepare a rectangular baking tinCream the butter and the sugarAdd the jam and mix inAdd the eggs one at a time mixing in each one completely before adding the next oneAdd the baking powderAdd the flour a tablespoon at a timeMix until the batter is smoothPour the batter into the baking tinPour in 75g of the Amarula chocolate and run the spatula through the batter to mix the chocolate through the mixBake for 30 minutes and allow to cool before removing from the tin
