  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla (links to my homemade vanilla recipe)
  • 1-3 tablespoons honey (i used 3)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
