Keith's beer and a variety of seasoning and flavours to marinade strip loin. I created this recipe myself, marinaded steak in it for 12+ hours, BBQ'd and they turned out AMaZing!!

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 bottles beer alexander keith's ipa
  • 1/4 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cups maple syrup
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic peeled and chopped
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch ground sage
  • 1 dash cajun seasoning
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 pinch dried basil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place striploin steaks in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade in bag, squeeze out excess air, seal zipper. Put in fridge overnight and BBQ the steaks tomorrow!
