  • 1. 1 loaf raisin cinnamon swirl bread (i used peppridge but any cinnamon swirl bread would work)

  • 3. 1 cup skim milk (or any milk you have on hand)
  • 4. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5. 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 370, spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.In a large bowl whisk together milk and eggs. Cut the loaf of bread into chunks (I simply took a large knife and cut the entire loaf into 6ths).Put the bread pieces into the baking dish and pour the egg and milk mixture over the bread. Sprinkle the sugars on top of the egg mixture covered bread.Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then serve.
