  • 2/3 c. aji mirin (sherry optional)
  • 1 c. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 7 cloves garlic (minced and crushed)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
  • dash red pepper flake
