For stovetop Pressure Cooker 1. Season chicken with all your seasonings. Make sure not to oversalt. 2. Heat up olive oil in pot and stir in garlic to lightly brown 3. Put chicken in pot to brown the outer surface and flip to brown other side 4. Remove chicken and garlic from pot 5. Add washed rice to the pot, and make sure there is some heat on (to speed up boiling process later, don’t have pot completely cool down) 6. Put chicken and garlic back into the pot, on top of the rice 7. Add the 3 cps water or desired amount (minimum 1 cp of water for 1 cp rice) 8. Close and lock pressure cooker lid onto the pot, and turn the heat to high 9. When pressure is reached (for Fagor Pressure Cooker, the yellow indicator pops up), turn the heat to medium/low and start timing your cooking. 10. After 20 minutes, turn off heat or remove from heat, and turn the knob to release the pressure (be careful of hot steam). 11. Once you hear the pressure is done releasing, you can safely remove the lid from the pressure cooker. 12. Plate, and garnish the rice with cilantro
