  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 lb. shrimp deveined tails removed if desired (i get mine from sizzelfish)
  • 1/8 cup sriracha (or as much as you like)

To Make in a Skillet:Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Add extra virgin olive oil and garlic.Sauté a 2-3 minutes then add Sriracha, lime juice and shrimp.Cook until shrimp are opaque 5-7 minutes.Stir in dried parsley and serve immediately. To Make in the Oven:If cooking on a sheet pan, preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the shrimp in an even layer on the sheet pan.Stir the oil, lime juice, Sriracha, minced garlic in a bowl and pour over the shrimp.Bake at 350 F 10 minutes or until opaque. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve immediately.
