Melt 1/2 chocolate chips. Line small cupcake pan with liners then place a small spoonful of melted chocolate into cup. Using a small paintbrush paint inside of liner with chocolate. Freeze until solid. While you wait, mix your almond butter, maple syrup and coconut flour to create your filling. Drop the filling by the spoonful into chocolate lined cups. Melt remaining chocolate chips to create the top layer of your chocolates! I like to sprinkle a little sea salt on each one as a garnish, but that’s totally optional. Chill until solid. Enjoy!
