Cut potatoes in half long ways and then cut lines in the middle to make them criss cross, not going all the way through Spread about a half a teaspoon butter (or however much you want) onto each potato half and sprinkle with salt and pepper Cook in oven at 350°F for about an hour or until brown around the edges Lastly, sprinkle paprika on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes Enjoy!
