Shred carrots and onion in a food processor until they reach a fine consistency. In small bowl combine water and flax. Let sit for five minutes to thicken. Pour flax mixture in the food processor, add spices, and combine veggies with flax. Spread mixture on a dehydrator tray or a parchment paper lined baking sheet and dehydrate for 5-7 hours at 135 degrees (alternatively you can use the oven). Once desired level of crispness is reached, remove from dehydrator and break into small crackers.
