Drizzle one tablespoon of oil over the raw almonds/nuts and place in a 350 degree oven until roasted, about 10 -15 minutes.*Be careful not to burn them!Place roasted nuts in a high powered blender or food processor with Flax seeds, Tocos, and MCT oil. Pulse until nuts are in grain sized pieces, and then leave the blender on. Thread the MCT oil in the nuts while blending and puree until smooth. Season to taste with a pinch or two of salt.
