  • 3 tbsp. red peppers chopped
  • 2 tbsp. black olives chopped
  • 1 recipe alouette aioli sauce
  • 1 bag mesclun or mixed salad greens

  • 2 tbsp. vinegar (recommend: balsamic)
  • 1 tsp. shallots minced

  • gradually add the vinaigrette mixture to the chee
