Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.Strain the oil, reserving the garlic.In a blender, puree the tomatoes, honey, salt, chili paste and white wine vinegar. With the motor running, stream in olive oil. Stir the reserved garlic back into the sauce. Serve with everything.
