Grade the cocoa Butter with a grader and put in medium glass bowl. Place glass bowl in hot water. Slightly melt the graded cocoa butter by using the hottest water from your faucet, being very careful not to melting too quickly. Replace the hot water as needed to melt the cocoa butter just to the point of being able to blend it all together with a hand-held mixer. Do not melt the cocoa butter completely. Mix cocoa butter on high until it "whips" Add shea butter (this is softer) and continue to blend. Add Oil and Vitamin E and blend well. Add remaining ingredient and place in air tight container.
