  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (full fat)
  • 1/3 cup quality blue cheese, diced (i use point rayes blue)
  • 2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp., rounded salt

In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Using a fork mash the blue cheese against the bowl to incorporate it into the dressing, leave some of the blue cheese in chunks. Mix well, put in lidded jar and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. If you prefer your dressing thinner, add whole milk to desired thickness.
